Home Energy Assistance Programs (HEAP)

The City of Healdsburg refers qualifying low-income customers to the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). This program has funds to help you pay 1 or 2 months of electricity per year. For more information call HEAP at (800) 233-4480.

Rebates & Incentives - Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, Electric Vehicles and E-bikes

The City of Healdsburg is helping customers save money, energy, and water by offering rebates for energy and/or water efficient equipment. Incentives for electric vehicles, e-bikes, and more are also available to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. For more information, check out Smart Living Healdsburg. 

Redwood Empire Disposal CARE Program

Residential customers within Healdsburg city limits, who are currently enrolled in the City's CARE program, are also eligible to receive a 20% discount on their garbage cart service provided by Redwood Empire Disposal.
